    There’s been a lot of changes in my fitness routine and health in the past six months or so. I made a number of changes at the beginning of the year, which have increased my overall wellness and confidence.     It’s been a while since I’ve shared a fitness update on my blog. I’ve been doing a lot of meal preps lately and trying out new recipes so that’s what I’ve been sharing.     I’m finding that people really love to know what products work well for fellow curlies – including myself – and I think it’s because curly hair is often forgotten about.
