    Polka Dots & Purple Flats | Outfit of the Day

    I thought it would be fun to start sharing some of my outfits of the day, especially the cute business casual ones I wear to work. This outfit had some spring vibes on a mild March 60 degree day here in Minnesota. I wanted to wear my fun polka dot Mid-Rise Pixie Ankle Pants from Old Navy. I love this line from them – I also own quite a few of the the Long Pixie Pants, all from the online petite section.     Spring Clothing Haul

    I’m heading out to Los Angeles in a few weeks (I know, I can’t stop talking about it) and wanted to pick up some new clothes both for the trip and for work as the weather gets warmer. I’ve mentioned this before, but I only started my current job this past fall and it’s the first time I’ve had to rock business casual five days a week.     Spring Wish List

    A new month and one month closer to Spring! I’ve started my new fitness routine plus the nutrition plan to go with it. I have a spring break booked for the first time in a years to Los Angeles to visit my friend who moved out there a few years ago. There’s also the upcoming Underoath reunion tour – the most excited I’ve been for a concert in years! Spring is looking good.     Gym Investments – Shoes

    When I started going to the gym, I was sill in college and the shoes I purchased to use on the elliptical were some basic tennis shoes.  I had some Saucony tennis shoes that I bought on Amazon just to do some basic cardio and to wear to my retail job for my eight hour shifts.  After really committing myself to the gym I invested in some running shoes and eventually some more athletic shoes that I would use for lifting.
