The end of February brings a whole new world for me. March begins my cut and new fitness program. It’s also means that the end of winter is (nearly) upon us. I’m so excited to get outside again for my runs and even do some kettlebell workouts in the garage. In March I’m going to work hard at my new fitness routine including my meal prepping.
