    Happy Meal Prep Sunday! This is my meal prep from last week and thought I would share it you a little different than I have in the past.     Tuna and White Bean Salad | Recipe of the Week

    A few weeks ago I prepped a bunch of salmon fillets and froze them for weeks that I didn’t feel like doing meal prep Sunday. Then Sunday came along and I didn’t feel like eating salmon – tuna it is.     Meal Prep Sunday | 7.17.16

    Last week I wanted to take the time prepping my lunches and some of my dinners for the week. The weather was going to be the hottest we’ve had yet, so I planned for mostly cold meals for most of the week so we didn’t have to even turn on the oven. A lot of these were prepped with raw “clean” ingredients and were on the lower end of calories for my meals – I’m not mad.     Vegetarian Quesadillas | Recipe of the Week

    Sometimes you just need a good, melty quesadilla. I love getting quesadillas when I go out to eat, but I know they’re loaded with carbs and fats. Since I order vegetarian friendly quesadillas, they’re also usually lacking good protein. This week I wanted to challenge my standard quesadillas and make it macro friendly to fit my macros!
