    My 2019 Goals

2018 is coming to an end, bringing in another new year. January Favorites 2017 Old Navy High-Neck Tanks | These simple tanks have become staples for both work outfits and on the weekends, plus they’re super flattering to my shoulders. Would it be weird to include my shoulders on a favorites list? Because…

    Evaluating My Goals

At the end of 2016, I put together a list of goals for 2017 – this post is going to re-evaluate those goals I originally set for myself and add what my real goals are for 2017. I’m not going to lie, 2017 crept up on me and feel like I forced out a list of resolutions just because it was the New Year. Now that a month has gone by (and things have slowed down from the craziness of the holidays) I feel like I have an actual grasp on what I want to work on this year. Fitness Goals Back in November, I switched my training program from powerlifting…
