    Enjoying Summer

    This week I’m taking a break from my usual recipe of the week. I’ve been slacking a bit on the blog posts lately, and that’s simply because I’ve been out enjoying summer. Minnesota’s summers are short lived, and once you get out and feel the warm air you don’t want to go back inside. Our summer’s are around three months, but they can be a bit longer if you end up with a mild spring and/or fall.     I love pizza. I think that’s a fairly normal! Sadly, pizza doesn’t really fit my macros the best so I usually save it for a cheat meals I wanted to come up with a pizza recipe that was a bit more macro friendly that I could eat without having to work in a cheat meal.     Summer Plans

    Plans for summer are finally starting to come together. Jake and I have been talking about summer plans since March, and for a while we weren’t sure everything we were planning was going to happen, but finally we have made plans and taken time off work for our adventures.
