    This week’s recipe is inspired by @FitMenCook who also has an awesome YouTube channel of delicious recipes made with healthy macros in mind. Last week I was planning for meal prep Sunday, and he had posted an Instagram video of salmon patties as an alternative for grilling at a barbecue.
