    Last week I wanted to take the time prepping my lunches and some of my dinners for the week. The weather was going to be the hottest we’ve had yet, so I planned for mostly cold meals for most of the week so we didn’t have to even turn on the oven.     This week’s recipe is inspired by @FitMenCook who also has an awesome YouTube channel of delicious recipes made with healthy macros in mind. Last week I was planning for meal prep Sunday, and he had posted an Instagram video of salmon patties as an alternative for grilling at a barbecue.
