    3 Healthy Changes to Make

Recently, I’ve been making some changes. If you’re following my Instagram or read my recent blog post on becoming debt-free, then you’ve probably noticed this. In general, I’m trying to make a lot of healthy changes that contribute to me being more balanced. Being a better person everyday. I’d like to think that I’m a fairly healthy person. Most of the time. Sure, I enjoy an adult beverage every now and then and I’ll eat out a couple times per month. February Favorites 2017 | Food, Fitness, Beauty

February has come to a close and honestly I’m pretty happy about that. Even though February is the shortest month of the year, it kept me busy and stretched more than thin that I like to be. Because I was busy my list of favorites is on the shorter side, but what I have been loving are a part of my normal routine so they’re worth sharing. Vancouver randomly popped into our heads a while back as a place to visit because it has lot to offer – a big city, shopping, the ocean, mountains. We’re really into adventures and exploring when on vacation, as opposed to touristy stuff – though I love at least seeing the touristy stuff when visiting. We planned to take a longer trip than some of our previous trips, a full six days, so packing proved a bit more challenging this time. Outfits  This vacation is the longest we’ve ever taken…

Meal Prep Sunday | Week of 5.22.16

And yet another work week begins! It’s been a long time since I’ve done a big meal prep Sunday and I was feeling totally inspired this week. Lately I’ve been making a lot of tasty dinners and been taking the leftovers to work as my lunch, which works nicely with my busy schedule. Tuna Avocado Celery Salad | 109 Calories, 1g Carbs, 1g Fat, 23g Protein I made a similar recipe to this a few weeks ago, but I wanted to use Greek yogurt in place of mayo and also add in the celery for some crunch. 14 oz. canned tuna 1 stalk of celery cilantro 1 T Greek yogurt lemon pepper…
