    I’ve been overhauling my athletic clothes and I think I’m finally at a good place! Going to the gym shouldn’t be a fashion show, but sometimes a good outfit makes the workout that much better.     Favorite Protein Macro Caps

    At the end of the day I usually have some extra room for carb macros and I do that on purpose – I like snacking. When I still have some protein macros left to for the day  I don’t feel so bad choosing foods that also have some extra carbs in the them. Here’s some of my favorite protein macro caps, including some side dish options and a dessert.     To keep me on track with everything, I like to sit down at the beginning of every week and plan a schedule including gym days and my meal prep.
