    Easy Macro-Friendly Cauliflower Mash

The holidays are upon us which brings a lot of delicious foods! That’s where this easy, macro-friendly mashed cauliflower recipe steps in! Now even I’ll admit that the holidays aren’t about eating healthy foods, but rather enjoying…

Meal Prep Sunday | Week of 6.26.16

Here’s another quick meal prep Sunday that I made the week we got home from our Vancouver trip – read about our trip here! I made it a point to eat healthy my first week back since I ate everything I wanted while on vacation – macros don’t count on vacation. Vegetarian Quesadillas | Recipe of the Week

Sometimes you just need a good, melty quesadilla. I love getting quesadillas when I go out to eat, but I know they’re loaded with carbs and fats. Since I order vegetarian friendly quesadillas, they’re also usually lacking good protein. This week I wanted to challenge my standard quesadillas and make it macro friendly to fit my macros! After making this recipe, there are aspects I could change in the future to lower the calories and maybe fat macros, but overall I’m happy with this recipe and made it fit my macros for the day. what you’ll need 2 Mission Carb Balance Soft Taco Tortillas 50g Morningstar Griller Crumbles (or ground beef)…

Tofurky and Cucumber Wrap | Recipe of the Week

This week’s recipe of the week is super simple and great for summer. Not a ton more, but I don’t have to be as restrictive or careful when meal planning. This recipe came about because when I got home from Wednesday cardio someone had eaten all of the leftover pizza I had been looking forward to all day. So I improvised. I had some leftover Tofurky slices and FlatOut wraps from my mini kebab meal prep last weekend, so I grabbed…
