    This week’s recipe of the week is a pre-or post-workout meal and it’s super easy – peanut butter raspberry topped rice cakes. I tried this when I got home from cardio day this past weekend and I’m loving it!     A few weeks ago I prepped a bunch of salmon fillets and froze them for weeks that I didn’t feel like doing meal prep Sunday.     I shared this recipe a few weeks ago when I meal prepped it for one of my meals for the week, but I want to share it again because it’s that’s good!     I know it’s a little ironic to share a recipe that uses tofu as it’s main source of protein only a week after posting about possibly going back to eating chicken. I’m still considering adding chicken to my diet, leaning more towards a yes, but that doesn’t mean I’m completely against vegetarian-friendly options.
