    At the end of the day I usually have some extra room for carb macros and I do that on purpose – I like snacking. When I still have some protein macros left to for the day  I don’t feel so bad choosing foods that also have some extra carbs in the them.     A few weeks ago I prepped a bunch of salmon fillets and froze them for weeks that I didn’t feel like doing meal prep Sunday.     This week’s recipe of the week is super simple and great for summer. I decided to switch to maintenance calories and macros this past week, seeing as summer is here which means more social hours and eating out. New macros means more carbs!
