Welcome to Angela’s Balanced Life! A few weeks ago, I woke up and decided it was time for a change. Since beginning my fitness journey nearly five years ago, I’ve gone through many changes, learned about myself and what goals I want to work towards, and also how to have balanced in my life. I’ve discovered what I most enjoy about my fitness lifestyle is the true balance I’ve found between the gym and nutrition, and also living life in the moment. It’s not always about going to the gym and tracking food. It’s also about being with your family and friends, enjoying the comfort food, and recognizing that happiness. I now understand that balance and I am happy that I am able to sometimes make a disconnection and live in the moment.
Here is my new journey. This is what I want to share with others. Whether you are just starting your fitness journey, you’ve lost track of your goals, or you’re an experienced athlete looking for new inspiration. I’m here to tell you that you can have a fitness focused life, meet your fitness goals, and also enjoy life to the fullest!
